Inside the projection room, heavy fists began pounding against the locked door.
"Open this door right now, you little brat!" Marcus’s voice roared from the hallway outside.
Maya didn't waste a single second.
She plugged the flash drive into the master control console and hit the override button.
Down in the crowded auditorium, the soft classical music suddenly cut out.
The gigantic wall projection screen flashed brightly, drawing the attention of all three hundred wealthy guests and news reporters.
Audio speakers boomed through the hall with Marcus’s clear, recorded voice: "So what if I hit her? My dad paid off the officers and erased the main footage!"
The crowd gasped in utter horror as medical records, hit-and-run collision analysis, and illegal bribe receipts projected across the giant screen in full high-definition detail.
Mayor Vance’s glass of champagne dropped from his hand, shattering across the marble floor.
Marcus frantically kicked at the projection room door, but it was too late—police sirens were already wailing outside the school building.
Maya stood in front of the glass wall of the projection booth, looking down at the chaotic room below.
Leo managed to push past the stunned guards and walked into the booth, standing firmly right by her side.
