They pulled into an abandoned warehouse on the docks.
Rain slammed relentlessly against the metal roof.
Jax set up a rugged, encrypted laptop on an empty crate.
Evelyn inserted the flash drive into the USB port.
A password screen popped up, flashing red.
"Do you know the code?" Jax asked.
Evelyn stared at the screen, thinking back to her past.
She typed in her daughter's birthdate: 05-12-2021.
The screen flashed green and access was granted.
A list of encrypted video files appeared on the monitor.
Evelyn clicked on the earliest video file available.
The screen flickered to life.
