"Where do we go now?" Martha asked, leaning against a rusted crane in the quarry.

"Cell 09," Marcus said, pulling a digital map from his leather suit.

"Why Cell 09?" Jax asked, standing up and dusting off his vest.

"What is actually buried there?"

Marcus looked directly at Jax.

"Your birth certificate, Jax," Marcus revealed softly.

Jax frowned, his brows knitting together in confusion.

"My birth certificate?" Jax repeated. "I have a birth certificate."

"The one you have is a forgery created by the club," Marcus stated.

"The real one lists the identity of the man who ran the syndicate before our father."

"And why does that matter now?" Jax asked.

"Because that man is currently running for Governor of this state," Marcus said.

"And he just signed an order to demolish the old prison tomorrow morning at dawn."

"If we don't get that document tonight, the truth dies forever."

Leo looked up at Jax with wide eyes.

"Uncle Jax," Leo whispered, pulling a tiny object from his pocket.
