That night, a cold fog drifted over the deserted city docks.

Julian walked alone along the edge of the dark pier, carrying a heavy leather briefcase.

Behind him, hidden in the shadows of a shipping container, stood Clara with a pair of night-vision binoculars.

A dark sedan pulled up to the end of the pier with its headlights turned off.

The driver's side door opened, and Mr. Harrison stepped out into the damp chill.

He was wearing a expensive wool coat, holding a heavy revolver in his gloved hand.

"You should have let Victoria take the fall quietly, Julian," Harrison said, his voice smooth and cold.

"Why, Harrison?" Julian asked, stopping ten paces away. "I trusted you with my family's legacy."

Harrison laughed softly, a sinister sound against the crashing sea waves.

"Your father owed my family millions before he died!" Harrison spat bitterly.

"I built your corporate empire while you played the grieving husband!"

"I earned that estate, and I won't let a kitchen maid inherit what belongs to me!"

Harrison raised his revolver, aiming straight between Julian's eyes.

"Hand over the offshore keys in that briefcase, Julian," Harrison ordered coldly.

"Or your boy becomes an orphan tonight."
