The next morning, Julian contacted the police.
But before they arrived, Richard Blackwood came to the mansion.
He wasn't angry.
He was confident.
"You don't understand what you're doing."
Julian stared at him.
"You tried to control my sister."
Richard smiled.
"Your sister was never supposed to inherit anything."

Clara was the last person who could challenge Richard's control over the Blackwood fortune.
So he created a story.
A sick child.

Julian felt sick.
"You used a ten-year-old girl for money."
Richard shrugged.

Then Clara appeared at the doorway.
She had heard everything.
